Some older Intel Wireless adapters are not supported under Windows 10.

If you have a compatible system, but are having problems using Intel WiDi or Miracast under Windows 10, check the following:
Systems with older wireless adapters can use Miracast. *Windows 10: WiDi 6.0 requires 2013 or newer wireless adapter. *Windows 10: System does not support Intel WiDi or Miracast client. Systems with 2 nd Generation (or older) processors cannot support Intel WiDi under the Windows 10 operating system. Systems with 3 rd Generation processors may be able to access the Intel WiDi features using the built-in Miracast capabilities of the operating system. Intel® WiDi is reliant on the processor, graphics, operating system, and wireless networking components of the system.įor the Windows® 10 operating system, the Intel WiDi application only supports systems with a 4 th Generation (or newer) processor.
